Shipping Costs

Our free shipping option includes tracking and $100 insurance coverage for your peace of mind. This insurance helps protect your purchase against loss or damage during transit.

If your order exceeds $100 in value or you would like additional coverage, we recommend purchasing extra insurance at checkout.

International Shipping

We highly recommend choosing the Shipping option with tracking to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Tracking provides added security and allows for easier resolution in case of any delivery issues. 

Unfortunately, if you choose International Surface Shipping without tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages. Since there is no tracking available, we are unable to monitor the whereabouts of the package once it has been shipped.

Delivery Confirmation

Order Completion: Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete. We are not responsible for any issues arising after the carrier confirms delivery.

Proof of Delivery: Delivery is confirmed through tracking information provided by the carrier. If the tracking shows delivered, the order is fulfilled and closed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility After Delivery: We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location to prevent loss or theft.

Filing a Claim: If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist in the process but cannot be held responsible for items once they have been delivered according to the tracking information.

Package Protection: For added security beyond the included $100 insurance, we recommend opting for additional shipping insurance during checkout to cover potential losses or theft.

Incorrect Address

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We do not hold responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address Errors: If an error in the address is discovered after the order is placed, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipping, we cannot guarantee corrections once the order is processed.

Shipping to a Different Address

Alternative Address: We are happy to ship your order to an address different from your billing address. However, when choosing this option, you assume all risks associated with the delivery.

Customer Authorization: By requesting shipment to an alternative address, you confirm that you are authorized to make this purchase and that the order is legitimate.

Handling Disputes

Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute regarding delivery, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate. However, if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, our obligation is considered fulfilled.
